A chartered accountant since 2009 and holder of a doctorate in accounting and member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Tunisia, he served as adviser to the Minister of Finance in charge of tax reform (2015–2016). A senior lecturer at IHEC Carthage, where he teaches external audit and statutory audit, he combines professional practice with teaching and research.
