• Contact form: name, company, email, phone, subject and message, to respond to your request and arrange a meeting.
• Training request: the same data, plus the training requested and number of participants, to inform you and organise the session.
• Application: name, email, phone, position, message and CV, to review your application.
• Newsletter: email address, to send you our insights.

Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided or by subscribing.

Recipients

These data are intended exclusively for the firm. They are not sold, rented or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

Retention period

Data are kept for as long as necessary for the purpose pursued: handling your request and the resulting relationship, the recruitment process, or until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. They are then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data, which you may exercise by email at mma@mmaac.tn. You may also refer the matter to the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).
